The aspiring candidates can get the present form which is worth Rs. 25 non-refundable from the office of MD Punjab Feruz four Road Lahore.

Candidates height and chest and education and No concession will be given in education and age etc.

First, government and semi-government employees should submit their application form through the department.

5% quota will be allocated for minority candidates.

15% quota will be reserved for women.

Ten per cent quota will be reserved for ex-servicemen and height-seeking education residency reserved for the above candidates.

Only those who are eligible for physical measurement during this period and whose applications are found to be complete will be subjected to all sorts of physical measurements conducted at different stages of selection of candidates.
