Responsibilities:
- Help customers with items purchased through an e-commerce website.
- Separate the customer experience to measure performance objectives and maintain your client's core values.
- Maintain fast replies to customers via email and / or chat.
- Maintain a level of service by being customer friendly, efficient and attentive.
- Document each customer's query as well as the resulting solution.
- Provide alternatives to products / items that are not available on the eCommerce website.
- Follow standard procedures and procedures when it comes to providing resolutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates on system information and process changes.
- Able to handle objections and handle customer pushback.

Terms of employment::
- O Level / Matric or above.
